Can you provide background music during dinner as well as a DJ set for the dancing?
Yes — this is the most common format for our corporate events. We provide appropriate ambient background music during the drinks reception and dinner, then transition seamlessly into a higher-energy DJ set once the tables are cleared. The transition is managed around your speeches and presentations.
Do you provide a microphone for speeches and announcements?
Yes — a professional wireless handheld microphone is included as standard with every corporate booking. If your event requires a podium microphone, a second wireless unit or a lapel mic, let us know during the planning stage and we will accommodate.
Can you incorporate our brand into the entertainment?
Yes. We can match uplighting to your brand colours, apply your company logo to photobooth print templates, and supply branded LED letters and numbers. For product launches and brand activations we will work from your brief and guidelines to ensure the entertainment feels on-brand throughout.
Are you insured and PAT tested for corporate venues?
Yes. We carry £10 million public liability insurance and all equipment is fully PAT tested. We are members of the Mobile DJ Network (MDJN) and provide all documentation to venues as standard. Most London and Surrey corporate venues require this before confirming your entertainment booking.
How far in advance should we book?
For larger corporate events — particularly Christmas parties, award ceremonies and summer galas — we recommend booking at least three to six months in advance. These dates book up quickly. For smaller events or shorter lead times, contact us and we will confirm availability.
Do you work with event agencies and venue coordinators?
Yes — we regularly work alongside event management companies, marketing agencies and venue event teams. We are used to working within a wider supplier structure and will communicate directly with your coordinator, AV team or production manager as needed. We can provide risk assessments and method statements for larger events on request.
